When you Anchor your organization you are not concerned with what level a Rep is working. Someone Anchoring your team could be a personally sponsored Rep or they could be 20 levels deep in your organizational structure.
The key point is that by Anchoring your organization and teaching the strategy to your team you will have a much greater chance for achieving long-term growth in your Company.
What Exactly Is An Anchor?
An Anchor is a Rep anywhere in your organization who is:
- committed to building an organization no matter what the obstacles or challenges.
- understands the anchoring strategy
- prospecting and recruiting until they have their own Anchors in place!
- teaching the Anchoring Strategy to their team
- someone like YOU!
We have found that the most effective solution to creating long lasting duplication in your organization is to make sure that you are ANCHORED in all of your teams.
This is true no matter what type of compensation plan your Company is using whether it be a Uni-Level, Binary or any of the others.
Who Are Your Anchors?
